Off campus access to databases

Welcome to the Off Campus Access to Databases Guide.

Here you can find instructions on how to access some of the most popular databases when you are not in the University campus. Please use the tabs on the top to find details regarding the database you're interested in.

Remember that you can get easier off campus access to the database you are interested in if you access it from the A to Z list of E-resources. These links usually take you immediately to the appropriate log in page so you can read the full text quicker.

It is sometimes better to perform your searches in Library Search. This way you can make sure that any results you find are available to you. Don't forget to always sign in to Library Search with your University of Dundee email and password, to make the off campus access process easier.

If you do not see the database you need on the contents list on the left of the guide, please have a look at the instructions for the databases provided, as the process is quite similar for most of them.
