The institution page is first page you will be greeted with every time you log in to My Dundee. The Institution page can be accessed university-wide, and the content depends on whether you are a staff member or whether you are a student.


Access your modules

Modules in My Dundee are the digital pages for your modules in your course.


Access your organisations

Organisations are intended for school, discipline, or programme information. There are also organisations for supportive information as well as communities and activities.


Access the activity stream

The activity stream works like a diary and notifies you of recent updates, announcements, and upcoming deadlines.


Adjust notification settings

You can use the notification settings in the activity stream to adjust what notifications you receive and how often you are emailed with these notifications.


View and edit your profile page

Your profile page in My Dundee has some basic information about you, including a few areas you can edit.

Users, whether students or staff, have the option to include text guidance and an audio recording of their name in their user profile.
