A collection of essential books has been relocated to a temporary library in the Hub on Level 5 of the Matthew building, where library services will continue to operate during the closure period.

Services available:

  • The temporary library will be open 08:45 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
  • Library staff available to help with any enquiries as usual, and will still have daily access to the remote store
  • Browse and borrow from the temporary collection on Level 5
  • Two student PCs and printer available in the temporary library
  • Click & Collect: search online as usual for books in the main (closed) DJCAD collection, and reserve if you wish to use any of these books. Reserved books will be collected on a weekly basis, for pick up from the temporary library on Level 5
  • Borrow any items using our self-service machine as usual, which will also be on Level 5
  • Return any items to the temporary library or to the book drop bin
