Watch this video on how to download Endnote 20 onto your own device.
You can get a personal copy of EndNote 20 for Windows or Mac OS.
This means you can use EndNote desktop on your own device at home:
Go to https://www.dundee.ac.uk/it
Scroll down page & click 'contact the service desk via help4u'
you may be asked for your username and password
type endnote into search bar
click on Software - Endnote Installation Instructions for Personal Devices
Follow instructions page.

1.On your desktop, click 
2.search for endnote then click Launch 
N.B. YOU WILL NEED TO RELAUNCH ENDNOTE X9 FROM APPS ANYWHERE EVERYTIME YOU WANT TO ACCESS ENDNOTE
3.Click on File New 
4. Save in your personal drive on PC (listed under This PC) 
N.B. DO NOT SAVE ENDNOTE FILES TO CLOUD (SUCH AS DROPBOX, GOOGLE DRIVE OR ONE DRIVE) AS OVER TIME YOUR FILES WILL BECOME CORRUPTED.
5. You are ready to start using Endnote desktop now.
