Corporate governance and accounting information

Corporate governance and accounting information, including company owner, strategic aims, board of directors, etc. can often be found on the company's own website under a tab or footer menu called something like "Investor Relations", "About Us" or "Our Business".

All UK-based limited and chartered companies must register with "Companies House" (sole traders and partnership do not have to register).  The Companies House website has information about company office holders, previous company names, and the accounts for these companies.

The Economics, International Business and Business Economics guide has information about where to find company information for non-UK companies.

  3. Complete the other search boxes with relevant keywords or phrases, leaving the 'select a field' drop-down menu at its default or changing to 'TX All Text'
