As part of the annual data management process, modules in My Dundee that are older than seven years will be deleted. This work is scheduled to take place the week beginning Monday 13 October 2025.
Content and modules from the academic year 2017/18 will be permanently removed from the system.
It is unlikely anyone is still referring to content from this time, however, if you are aware of any specific modules or groups of modules that need to be retained for academic, administrative, or other reasons, please contact the Educational Development team as soon as possible.
This annual process helps us manage storage costs effectively, comply with institutional data retention policies, and ensure that My Dundee remains a streamlined and efficient platform for staff and students.
