University of Dundee researchers can publish articles open access without charge in journals covered by Read and Publish agreements.
The new Read and Publish agreements give the University of Dundee access to journal content and allow researchers to publish open access in over 4000 titles without incurring a fee.
The agreements remove the need for invoicing individual articles and are open to non-funded research outputs.
The agreements will be in place from 2020-2022, ensuring researchers meet the open access requirements set out by Plan S and the funders who sign up to the initiative.
Who is eligible - Corresponding Authors based at the University of Dundee (please use your University email address). In some cases, you can be included as an additional Corresponding Author to take advantage of the agreement.
Types of article – Generally, the agreements apply to original research and review articles.
Licences – Publishers signed up to the agreements offer a CC BY (Creative Commons Attribution) Licence so researchers can meet funder requirements.
