Junior Subscriber Application Form
Please complete the above membership form as a Junior subscriber and submit it to the Library. When you come to the Library please bring a letter of introduction from your school.
The fee for junior membership is £5.00.
You will be issued with a grey library card and this must be shown at the Reception Desk each time you come into the Library.
The date on the card as shown above is the expiry date for your membership. Membership is until 1 September.
Joining the Library will allow you to borrow 6 standard loan textbooks. You can also reserve up to 4 books at a time to borrow.
