Mental Health

Around 1 in 4 people will suffer from a mental health problem at some point, so it's not surprising that many students experience this whilst at university. Your Adviser of Studies is able to give you general, pastoral support for your mental health and wellbeing but there are professional services within the University for specialised advice and support.

You can speak to your Adviser about being referred to any of our services, contact the service teams directly, or speak to the team in the Enquiry Centre

Before you visit, check the Enquiry Centre webpage for the up-to-date opening hours and try to first contact them by email if possible enquiry@dundee.ac.uk

If you want to come into the office, please ensure you are free from any COVID symptoms.

Our LIVE Smart toolkit will give you lots more advice on wellbeing and health
