Google Scholar - set up a customized link

  • "Google Scholar provides a simple way to broadly search for scholarly literature. From one place, you can search across many disciplines and sources: articles, theses, books, abstracts and court opinions, from academic publishers, professional societies, online repositories, universities and other web sites. Google Scholar helps you find relevant work across the world of scholarly research"  (from the Google Scholar website)
  • To get the best out of Google Scholar, it's useful to set up a link to the University of Dundee Library within Google Scholar.  This will help you find all the full text journal articles held at Dundee, as well as open access resources.  From  the Menu bar (hamburger icon), go to Settings, Library Links, and add University of Dundee to your Library access links.  See detailed screenshots on attached document.
