Reading Lists: How do I add Journal articles to my list?

Getting set up and started

Step 1

1. Find the journal article you want to add to your reading list through Library Search. (If you find it through another source e.g. Google, then follow screen until you get to the abstract page of article.)

Step 2

When you get to journal article abstract page (page where you click PDF), click on Add to My Bookmarks. If you need this, see Bookmarklet tool.

Step 3

Check details and click Create or Create & Add to list. See How do I add to my list? for more information.

Top Tip

Make sure you click on  when you're bookmarking a journal article. This means that the student will see the clickable button on their list.

What is DOI?

DOI stands for Digital Object Identifier. It's basically a unique code which gives a journal article a permanent link on the Internet

e.g. 10.1016/j.nepr.2016.03.006
