Off campus access to databases

On the video above you can see how to log in to JSTOR while you are off campus, in order to access the full text materials.

Step 1

In order to gain access to the JSTOR database while being off-campus, you have to use your university credentials. To do that, head to the database's home screen, and then click the "Login To My Account" button.

Step 3

Type in the word "Dundee" into the search bar, and then click on the "Login" button that appears next to the University of Dundee option.

Step 2

On this page, click on the "Find My Institution" button.

Step 4

At this point, you will be redirected to the database's home screen. What has changed, however, is that at the top of the screen you will now have the following notification: "Access provided by Dundee University Library". You are now able to use the database while having access to full-text.
