For students to reach their full academic potential, they need to stay well.  Basic self care such as regular food, proper sleep, exercise and relaxation are important. They are more likely to have the energy and concentration to play well and study well if they do these things.

Encouraging your students to balance their studies and other activities will be helpful to them.

Students will always benefit from considering basic self care, but these aspects are equally important for staff members too.
